In the bottom right corner of page 4 (22.jpg) the adventurer says he can't move. You can interpret the rest of that text to mean that she (no subject is actually stated in the Japanese) absorbed (sucked, soaked up, whatever) a large quantity of stored (or "backed up," if you prefer) energy in the wagon and this ties to his inability to move. "Energy" can mean life force. For those who didn't already pick up on this from context in the English version, Yuma massively powered up by having lots of sex.
