In this case, it's a doujin game that uses AI-generated art, which means that a good bit of the product still had to be made with the conscious effort of a living person. The former case is like you hit up a fast food joint that's fully manned and compare it to another that's fully automated, no human staff, just robots and vending machines. The latter case is like comparing that fully manned fast food joint to another where sides and drinks are automated but the main dishes are still made by humans. Now, the day your AI can make this and all the other game stuff like music and art with one button press, that may force sites to reconsider ban parameters.
