not really sure if it works this way but you can get this torrent and apply the latest patches from https://ci-en.dlsite.com/creator/4034/article/496301 haven't bothered to read all of it, but i think the first 2 upper patches are for when you're at certain points in the game that are bugged, meanwhile the most bottom patch is the overall patch i'm guessin (not sure if you need the first 2 at all if you haven't started the game yet)

welp looks like they updated their ci-en article and took out the 3rd patch for 1.03 and stopped distribution for patches current version is 1.04 i managed to snag 1.03 when it was still available: https://www.mediafire.com/file/rm7kg0mg55mmpeg/%25E3%2583%25AA%25E3%2583%25AA%25E3%2582%25A3%25E3%2581%25A8%25E5%2588%25BB%25E3%2581%25AE%25E5%2591%25AA%25E3%2581%2584_ver1.03%25E5%2589%258Dm.zip/file
