The image quality of the Blu-Ray is pretty fucked so I just did whatever I feel comfortable with.
The Eng dubs are disasters so they only deserve 64 kbps but it’s opus they should be decent enough to listen.

The uncensored version is only in 720p (h-ero-raw) without a dub, but nonetheless it’s an option.

OK, I’m currently working on Enbo now, but I took a little look and it seems like a op-replaced version of episode 3…
I’ll find some time to check that.
