In order for games to be played they need to have their .exe file modified (cracked) in order to bypass any locking technology that has been placed into the file by the creators of the game. Anti-virus' may pick it up as having this or that but are usually false positive. Also note that some locking technology (DRM) may be more difficult to crack than others, so there may be need to alter the file where it may be seen like malware such as another game that had Denuvo on it (linked below) that also acts like malware.
If you're too stupid to use your brain that a trusted user would jeopardize their status then I seriously question your intelligence. This doesn't mean there could be mistakes but always take precautions as well as take on the risks.

@Campyfire Like I wrote before. The majority of these cracked .exe files have been safe. But you take the responsibility if you want to trust the hacker or not when they crack and share it to the public. Take measures such as using a Virtual Machine and so forth to play these games.
Some hacks like you quoted from me have to act as if they have a CD or DVD drive in them and other type of protection act in different ways, so the hacker has to simulate those actions somehow and fool the .exe that its legit which anti-virus may pick up as malware when it's a false positive (usually).
You don't have many options if you want to play the game for free besides hope some other more trustworthy hacker also cracks this or that game. Otherwise your final option is to purchase the game.
If you download games from questionable torrent sites at least with nyaa one can be trusted to note it's safer than say pirate bay and such.
I have no intention in playing Oppai Academy and really only ever download fan translations or delisted stuff, but if he ever reads the comments I just want him to know how much he is missed.
