I'm having trouble running this game. On the main screen only Start and Gallery actually work and then I can't even select a level. Is it just me or does anyone else have this problem?

tried downloading from a few direct links listed on website, extracting with both winRAR and 7Zip, different PC and even changing win10 locale to Japanese, nothing worked. Not even the demo version directly from dlsite worked. At this point I'm out of ideas
