Weird video source from Galan rus. I think it's from an uncensored anamorphic widescreen R2 PAL DVD that had black borders cropped out, but I don't see any details missing. The colors are more saturated than the 480p version from GnF, but overall seems like a better encode though there's some blending artifacts which I'm guessing are from the PAL master. Only better solution would be splicing and rescaling the uncensored portions over the better quality 720p R2J DVDs. Couldn't find an uncensored version of the special.
