This is an alternative version of Eiyuu*Senki, with a new storyline. It takes over its cast while adding additional heroines and powers up its system.
In the ancient far Eastern country of Zipang, a storm is brewing. The country enjoys a period of peace and its unique culture flourishes thanks to the isolationism imposed by the great Ancient Hero, Yamato Takeru. But the heart of one lone hero, Masamune Date, burns with the fire of ambition in this seemingly content land.
After coming across a young man, void of all his memories, on the shores of Zipang, she puts her plans in motion to challenge Takeru. Should they succeed, they will force open the country's borders and begin an epic adventure filled with exotic lands, fierce battles, and new conquests!

I've been waiting forever for this game and I'm so excited it finally got translated. Thank you Superelmo for the post. Now we can only hope that somebody translates the 3 New amazing Koihime games, since Mangagamer won't do it(they aredoing Funbag Fantasy 3 Gaiden though which is amazing), also Tenioha 2 and 2+.
@jib123 The original's story is better, but GOLD's gameplay is better. Based on the screenshots GOLD's "translation" has a high probability of sucking ass.
Anybody knows how to unlock the 15th CG on the first page in the gallery? The one between Alwilda and Lu Bu having lunch together, and the Xuan Zang sex scene. It's the only scene I'm missing for 100%.
Great game, but feels incomplete and a wasted opportunity to be the ultimate harem HRPG since a bunch of the girls didn't have any sex scenes :( Sasaki Kojiro, Galileo, Montezuma, Cook, Ywain, Bedivere, Perry (Masturbation scene only), Faust, Tadataka Inou, Cambyses, Tristan, Lu Bu, Musashi, Diogenes, Sun Tzu, Mordred (Blowjob scene only), Da Vinci, Hannibal, Charlemagne, Copernicus, Nero, Atlas, Hercules, Merlin (They could have made a scene where she transforms into a girl, like Teach).
And thanks for the fix, superelmo! Didn't have any more crashing issues after applying it :)
15th CG is SunTzu/Qin Shi Huang 3p scene. I don't remember precisely but it should be either Sun Tzu or Qin Shi Huang character event.
AFAIK Characters like Sasaki Kojiro, Galileo, Cambyses, Faust. Charlemagne, Copernicus, Diogenes Hazakura Seiso (maybe more, don't remember exact list) are guest characters (means drawn by other illustrators than Ooyari Ashito). Some of them are not even artists that create 18+ content, so very likely there were a bunch of obstacles to commission the art for the game.
Montezuma had her scene in the original ES.
To remedy the situation to some extent, there is a mobile (fucking gacha) game called Eyuu Senki WWX, which has a certain amount of new H-scenes with old GOLD characters, aside from pure WWX original characters. Coincidentally it was announced some time ago that it will be published in English in near future (by lovely guys that introduced DENUVO to VN's)., Even more coincidentally, some group of enthusiasts (definitely not pointing on myself) working on porting VN parts of WWX to GOLD (in Japanese, for now).
Thanks for the info, I guess Eyuu Senki WWX is not on nyaa yet? I tried looking for it, but couldn't find it. And I couldn't figure out how to unlock the CG I was missing, so I just used a 100% save to see it.
It would have been awesome if all the girls had sex scenes though. I'm sure these artists could draw 18+ content if they tried, since they are able to draw them half naked when their clothes get stripped in battle. Cook, Ywain and Nero also have nude CGs, and Mordred and Perry's scenes are still 18+.
WWX is an online mobile game, so it's by definition can be here in its original form. Currently, there is only a CG rip from July 2020 on nyaa. At some point, we will release our patch, which will be a modified version of the GOLD.
I assume characters from Ooyari himself that didn't get a proper H scene are just time/money constraints. I can't speak for other authors, though some guest characters did get an H-scene in WWX. It could be a simple money problem all the way, at least in a bunch of cases.
In the case of Hazakura Seiso (and Uesugi Kenshin from original), which are from full-blown 18+ titles, it was likely a deal of very limited use.
