Why is it not launching? whenever i click on exe file - nothing happens, and when I try to do something with the setting it gives a mistake in gibberish code language?

My biggest concern is actually a Male Protag who apparently only watches or does whatever, I'm no fan of that. Third-Person Narrative (throughout) might still be acceptable but alas it is still a small minus along with other fetishes I am not really into and which could be redeemed more or less by the heroine PoV. Incidentally, that concern was already brought up on vndb yet still not really answered because people can't just simply answer "Yes" to a question or give a rough outline on the structure but instead they have to judge you for asking it, while still not answering. But hey, if you can't even analyze a story's structure, you can still be trusted with telling that a story is oh-so-good (for whatever target audience or rather everyone). It's like everyone decided that others can't decide and make the decisions for them, while demanding full support.
