Can you tell me how to make folder icon like that

Make a txt file named desktop.ini and paste this text on it: [.ShellClassInfo] IconFile=icon.ico IconIndex=0 [{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}] IconArea_Image=Cover Where icon.ico is the icon file. It has to be saved on .ico format and it has to be located on the same folder as desktop.ini file.
