Can’t seem to run this game? It says something about overseas version? Help me?

I always have it on japanese locale! Every game works

same i’m using the Japanese locale but the game wont work any help>?

Japanese locale isn’t enough, you also have to change Format to Japanese (in Regional and Language options > Formats > “Format” drop-down list)

Leave the “format” window open and change it afterwards back to display-based or your format to avoid issues with office or web applications.
