When I run the game it's still entirely in Japanese and when I try to click anything on the main menu I just get an error in Japanese and the game closes. My system locale is set to Japan.
Try to run as admin or open RON2.ini and type FullScr=0 then save(it will start the game in windowed mode). Just changed the screenshots, so you can see how it should look like with English text. Can't say what the problem is, but it's definitely something wrong on your end. It is better to ask in the new torrents if you have problems with a game, so I can reply faster and if possible, post a screenshot with the error.
